As our Appointment Setter, you will be the first touchpoint in building relationships with our future clients. Your role is to connect with potential leads, spark interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team to turn into new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with potential clients
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure high-quality appointments
  • Book and confirm discovery calls or product demos for senior sales executives
  • Keep detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to fine-tune messaging and targeting strategies
  • Maintain and update contact lists to ensure data accuracy
  • Provide feedback from prospect conversations to help improve outreach effectiveness
  • Stay informed about our services to confidently convey value and benefits
  • Consistently hit weekly outreach quotas and booked appointment targets

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales support preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with prospects via phone, email, and chat
  • Strong listening and qualifying abilities to identify real opportunities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic productivity software (Google Workspace, Excel, ChatGPT)
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a sales-focused role
  • Bonus: Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
