Summary

The Business Process Analyst drives operational excellence by identifying, mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes across the organization. Serving as a key liaison among cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures that process requirements are clearly defined, documented, validated, and aligned with strategic objectives and compliance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze, and document current and future-state business processes using Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, SIPOC, and value stream mapping methodologies.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks through data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct process observation.
  • Design and recommend process improvements, automation initiatives, and control mechanisms to enhance quality, reduce cost, and improve cycle time.
  • Facilitate process workshops, Kaizen events, and cross-functional discussions to gather insights and build consensus on recommended changes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including process maps, SOPs, and RACI matrices.
  • Collaborate with IT, QA, operations leaders, and business teams to support the implementation, testing, and sustainability of process improvements.
  • Monitor process performance through KPIs and dashboards; propose corrective actions when required.
  • Support change management activities such as training, communication, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, and process mining platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Skilled facilitator with exceptional communication abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable process optimization outcomes.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of navigating a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build credibility and strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-driven, deadline-oriented, and able to motivate teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrates leadership, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 to 5 years in process analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.

Certificates and Licenses

Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or equivalent process improvement certification strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per month
