The Sr. Pricing Analyst will work on strategic and competitive pricing analysis for business opportunities while ensuring standardized and approved methodologies are utilized. The position will have strong interaction with Sales and Operations Departments.

  • Interfaces with Sales and Operations to develop pricing for submission to client.
  • Participate in strategy discussions and make recommendations on pricing strategy and modeling in order to develop competitve business proposals.
  • Make pricing recommendation based on the requirements of business opportunities and the competitve environment.
  • Responsible for the creation, development, and completion of complex pricing breakdowns as required on the RFP and ensure its timely submission.
  • Ensure compliance of corporate-wide detailed Sarbanes-Oxley Act to ensure compliance with procedures and all other internal procedures.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc analysis and modeling of potential impact of pricing changes on labor, equipment, and other company services.
  • Provide dedicated support to  a group of specific accounts that require familiarity with their pricing models and requirements.
  • Assist other departments with pricing and proforma related questions to facilitate a common understanding.
  • Responsible for the ownership, development, maintenance and updating of financial models/proformas.

  • Drive continuous improvement on process and support any team's project including project identification, establishing timelines, defining deliverables, project review and implementation.

  • Assists in developing business cases and pricing recommendations for new products.

  • Review and analyze client contracts.

  • Prepare and analyze financial data for special projects, as required.

  • Perform other job assignments as specified by the Assistant Manager and Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Business Administration or equivalent
  • Can work on a Nightshift and Hybrid schedule
  • At least 5 years of experience in pricing, financial modeling, or similar accounting functions.
  • Service industry and/or international financial experience a plus.
  • Advanced analytical ability.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivot, complex formula, and modelling.
  • Knowledge in Smartsheet or is a plus
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Power BI
  • Strong analytics, statistics and quantitative data modeling skills
  • A passion for data integrity, data management and maintenance, and integration of multiple data sources.
  • Ability to work independently to timelines wth a strong attention to detail.
