About the role

Join the dynamic finance team as an Accounting Officer at Noble Hotel in the vibrant city of Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights to support the hotel's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Provide support for internal and external audit activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
