  • Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and transaction logs

  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial data

  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments

  • Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and regulatory reviews

  • Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making

Qualifications/Requirements

-Graduate of BSBA in Management Accounting or any business-related course

-Familiar with excel and word
