QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in sales and customer service focusing on key account management preferably in a retail and wholesale business, sporting goods, fashion or electronic company
  • Has strong communication skills (written and oral), good presentation skills
  • Has focus on customer relationship management, sales, retail and marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Has good business planning and forecasting knowledge
  • Results driven
  • Has a great personality
  • Open to work in Pasig and Vismin areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drives sales and grows market share with at least three accounts/stores handled
  • Identifies new business opportunities
  • Manages the seasonal sell-thru process and analyzes historical sell-thru performance
  • Manages the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Supports retail team to achieve financial goals
  • Forecasts, tracks and reports quantitative and qualitative performance of accounts/ stores handled
  • Monitors and reports on customer and competitor performance and ROI on key activities
  • Monitors consumer trends
  • Ensures the long-term success of the company by acting as a constant point of contact for key customers
  • Manages launching of new product/ inventory and shipment process
