Job description

Perform bank account reconciliations.

Process, verify and post receipts for service rendered.

Process and record financial transactions.

Maintain records regarding payments and account status for clients.

Perform administrative and clerical task, such as data entry, prepare invoices, sending billing remindiers, filing paper works.

Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Prepare and process employees payroll.

Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.

Complete and submit tax forms, contribution forms and othe government documents.

Plan and control budgets for fixture expenses, government coompliance and office supplies.

Plan and control budgets for fixture expenses and procedures to improve operations of the admin department.

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedurs to improve operations of the admin department.

Oversee admin services and ensure that facility remain safe, secure and well-maintained.

Other task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting or related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounting

High level of accuracy, effeciency and accountability

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

With Good to excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel

Knowledgeable in government compliance

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
