About the role

Join Vill-Care Management & Maintenance Services Inc. as a Housekeeping professional in Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of assigned areas within our properties. As a key member of our Hospitality & Tourism team, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitized, public areas, and other designated spaces
  • Restock and organize supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns
  • Adhere to established housekeeping procedures and quality standards
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests
  • Collaborate with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a Housekeeping or related Hospitality role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with proper cleaning methods and use of housekeeping equipment
