As a Travel Sales and Marketing Officer at SOLE EXPLORER TRAVEL AND TOURS', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts. Based in Taytay Rizal, this is a full-time position that will see you engage with customers, promote our diverse travel offerings, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reach out to potential customers and build a pipeline of sales leads
  2. Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and crafting tailored travel solutions
  3. Effectively promote and sell our range of tour packages, cruises, and other travel products
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
  5. Participate in travel industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to raise brand awareness
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  1. A graduate of Tourism or any related course
  2. Can work well under pressure
  3. Knowledgeable in excel or computer tech
  4. With good communication skills
  5. With or without experience in the Travel Agency but seriously willing to be trained
  6. Must be a goal and detailed oriented
  7. Able to multitask
  8. No attitude problem
  9. With initiative and productive
  10. With pleasing personality
