About the Role

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing day-to-day campaigns, managing content schedules, assisting in client projects, and ensuring smooth coordination between creative, operations, and sales teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and eager to learn the full scope of digital and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, content briefs, and reports for ongoing projects.
  • Support influencer and partnership collaborations (e.g., outreach, coordination, tracking).
2. Content Management
  • Coordinate with the creative team (graphic designers, video editors, and writers) for on-time content delivery.
  • Upload and schedule posts on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. Data & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Assist in creating weekly and monthly marketing reports.
  • Conduct market and competitor research as needed.
4. Client & Team Coordination
  • Assist in communication between marketing leads and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and campaign timelines.
  • Help manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and team reminders.
5. Administrative & Operational Tasks
  • Organize marketing assets and maintain file databases.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, or pitch decks for campaigns.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or CEO.
