We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our team by ensuring efficient executive operations in a fast-paced setting. This role involves assisting and directly reporting to the General Manager, handling administrative tasks, and helping coordinate daily business activities.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office manager, ideally supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
