We're looking for a Quality Assurance & Control Manager who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment—someone who can balance structure and flexibility, ensuring that every product we release reflects both our brand promise and global food safety standards.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining our HACCP, GMP, and quality assurance programs, managing supplier audits, and ensuring end-to-end quality control—from sourcing to final packed goods. This role requires both strategic thinking and daily on-floor execution: you'll design systems, train people, and make critical decisions that directly protect our customers and our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP, GMP, SOP, and QA systems fit for a dynamic small-scale operation that's scaling up.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and monitoring of raw materials, packaging, and finished products for quality and safety compliance.
• Oversee supplier and logistics partner evaluations, ensuring consistent standards and traceability across the supply chain.
• Analyze product and process data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)where needed.
• Maintain a strong floor presence in the repacking area, monitoring sanitation, maintenance, and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehouse to continually improve efficiency and prevent issues before they occur.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality requirements, product specifications, and improvement initiatives.
• Train cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Delivery) on product knowledge, handling, and storage protocols.
• Uphold strong documentation and reporting systems for food safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, repacking, or ingredient importation.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety documentation systems.
• Analytical, organized, and confident in making on-the-spot quality decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and lead others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where systems are being built and improved.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic and with a pleasing personality
• Self-starter and organized.
• Good moral character and trustworthiness is a must.
• Must be willing to work in Pasay City.
