Role Description

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that operations meet established standards and client expectations. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing QA strategies, monitoring and auditing processes, identifying and addressing process gaps, and providing regular feedback and reports to stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasay.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in quality assurance methodologies, quality audit processes, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating actionable insights
  • Leadership skills in managing and mentoring QA teams, along with cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies related to quality monitoring and reporting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in quality management or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus
  • Experience in a similar quality assurance or process improvement role is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of the industry or domain-specific quality standards is beneficial
