KYC & KYB Compliance OfficerAbout the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive KYC & KYB Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all customer and business onboarding processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) documentation to support safe and compliant operations within the fintech and EMI industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate customer (KYC) and business (KYB) documents during onboarding.
  • Perform due diligence checks in line with BSP and AMLA regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate suspicious or incomplete applications for further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all verification activities.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Ensure timely approval of accounts while upholding compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in compliance, KYC/KYB, AML, or customer due diligence within fintech, EMI, or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of BSP regulations, AMLA, and data privacy compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
