DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

  • Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor the operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
  • Compliance Audits: Assist in internal and external compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to audit standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of any regulatory violations or compliance-related incidents and coordinate with the compliance team for resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including legal and operations, to address compliance concerns and provide support during inspections and audits.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement in compliance and risk management. Prepare data for operations reports and dashboard.
  • Any other task deemed necessary by Management

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Market Research/Analysis, working alongside Auditing, Compliance and Marketing.

JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Willing to extend work hours when needed
  • Must have at least average proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint). Knowing Excel formulas is a plus.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations.
  • Average verbal and written English skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
