The Reports Analyst is responsible for gathering, analysis and documenting reports requirements and managing the production of reports and dashboards which may include, but are not limited to, productivity and quality metrics, to ensure that standard reports are delivered accurately and on time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivers timely ad hoc and standard operational reports to provide regular and ad hoc results interpretation to ADEC management as requested.
  • Assists in designing insightful report views (excel-based, tool-based, or dashboards such as but not limited to Power BI and Smartsheet) to optimize reports and dashboards generation and presentation.
  • Contributes to maintaining and managing reports inventory and its subsequent change requests to ensure compliance with records management process.
  • Provides real-time monitoring via available tools and workforce management techniques to make intra-day adjustments to maximize resource efficiency and achieve service level goals / business objectives.
  • Assists in performing continual analysis of current performance (noting recent historical trends) and conducts real-time re-forecasting to aid in making necessary adjustments in staffing plans.
  • Assists in generating volume forecasts on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis for multi-site operation to generate and evaluate staffing schedules and short and long-term staffing models that will help the Operations team achieve its service level goals/business objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to provide necessary reports and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any college degree
  • Preferably with 6 months BPO experience as Reports Analyst or related
  • With knowledge and experience in using Power BI and Smartsheet, with hands-on experience in data reporting and project tracking.
