Sales and Client Relations Officer

Responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products/services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as required.

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based with fieldwork or client visits as necessary.
  • May require extended hours to meet sales goals or attend events.
