We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of our services to both new and existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation activities including cold calling, networking, and referrals from the Engineer, Developer, Architect, Designer etc.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including design, project management, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Strong understanding of processes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any software.
