Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Manager based in Cebu. The Hiring Manager will oversee recruitment processes, develop strategies to attract top talent, and work closely with team leads to assess staffing needs. Daily responsibilities also include conducting interviews, implementing training programs, ensuring quality service standards in the hiring process, and fostering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to meet hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Excellent Communication abilities to interact with candidates and internal teams
  • Experience ensuring Service Quality and enhancing the recruitment process
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a BPO or contact center environment is a plus
