Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, organizing documents and inventory management
  • Support in preparing reports, schedules, and other office requirements
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, or inquiries when needed
  • Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and other administrative activities
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualification/s:

  • Currently enrolled in any four (4) year course.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and computer skills (MS Office knowledge is a plus)
  • Willing to report on-site at Bacoor City, Cavite
