Client Experience Partner (Secretary)
Malabon | On-site | Project-Based
₱18,000/month + ₱1,000 Communication Allowance
We're building smarter, more accessible pet care through technology.
We're looking for a Client Experience Partner who will help connect pet owners to our services — both in person and through the PETPAL app.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and assist with appointment bookings and inquiries.
- Coordinate daily vet and grooming schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate patient and transaction records.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative reports.
- Track clinic inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Encourage clients to explore and use the PETPAL app for bookings, records, and updates.
Who You Are:
- Organized, approachable, and tech-savvy.
- A graduate of Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or any related course (SHS graduates welcome).
- Experienced in admin or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare or clinic settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools and apps.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Work Setup: On-site | Monday to Saturday
