The role we're hiring for is to build a positive and consistent presence on social media by engaging and communicating with users who reach out to us on our social media channels.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A candidate with strong written communication skills in English at native level
- Multilingual abilities, in Japanese or Russian, is a definite advantage
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interaction
- Familiarity with a social media management tool, ideally Sprinkl
- Experience in managing social media communities will be preferred
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
- Monitor and respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely manner
- Maintain the voice and tone of PMI while adapting to the context
- Identify and escalate complex issues and potential risks to relevant internal teams
- Ensure all messages are tagged appropriately and follow the guidance provided
- Recommend updates to the response guide based on past interactions
- Assist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms
