Job Title: Social Media Community Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing brand communities, and tracking performance using analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with followers, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and moderate brand communities across social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze social media performance using tools like Talkwalker, SocialBakers, and native platform analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign deadlines and objectives, assist with client servicing, and coordinate with external suppliers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Talkwalker, SocialBakers, native platform tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and community management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
