  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or department heads
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and easy access
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies
  • Order and manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors or service providers
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing information and directing inquiries as appropriate
  • Support in preparing and processing internal documents such as memos, purchase orders, and expense reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or executives

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
