Paralegal (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role:

Provide end-to-end legal support: draft and review documents, conduct research, manage case files/dockets, and handle attorney-client communications.

Basic Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and proofread pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and correspondence
  • Perform legal and factual research, and synthesize findings
  • Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and filings
  • Coordinate hearings, submissions, and stakeholder communications

Qualifications:

  • Strong grounding in law with proven legal document preparation and review
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organization and follow-through
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively on-site
  • Bachelor's in Legal or Paralegal-related Studies (preferred)
  • Prior experience as paralegal/legal secretary/admin assistant (preferred)
