JOB SUMMARY

  • Provide daily report
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting.
  • Provide support to the Vehicle Sales Admin
  • Creates marketing collaterals for the team.
  • Validates authenticity and routes necessary documents in compliance to NCR
  • Coordinates releases of the team thru collaborative efforts with concerned sections to ensure that vehicle is delivered at promised time.
  • Disseminates vital information relevant to the team
  • Perform assigned tasks from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related course
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year work related experience.
  • With background in Automotive Industry.
  • Proficient in both written and oral communication
  • Proficient in Canva & Photoshop and Microsoft Applications
