Your Role:
As an HR Generalist, you will:

Administer day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee documentation.

Support performance management activities and assist in employee reviews and appraisals.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.

Coordinate training and development initiatives in collaboration with department leads.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and generate HR-related reports as needed.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and confidentiality

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred skills/expertise

Familiarity with HRIS platforms and timekeeping systems

Experience in employee engagement programs

Background in BPO or shared services is a plus

Knowledge of basic payroll processing and government statutory requirements

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
