Job description:

Primary Function

Handles and support a variety of HR Function, including recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, benefits administration and policy compliance.

Job Description

  1. Identifying hiring needs based on the approve manpower request form of the requesting department

  2. Posting of job openings, screening of resumes, and conduct initial interviews, scheduling.

  3. Manage the onboarding of new hire employees from requirements to orientation.

  4. Handles the HRIS System.

  5. Assist the HR Manager in the Manpower of all the department.

  6. Generating report on weekly & monthly basis based on the manpower.

  7. Support with timekeeping and employee relation

  8. Other task that may be assigned

Job Qualification

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration major Human Resource

  2. With Experience in Recruitment is a must

  3. Good communication skills both verbal and written

  4. With good analytical thinking and keen observer

  5. Ability to work independently and work as a team

  6. Strong organizational and problem solving skills

  7. Willing to work and relocate in Clark, Pampanga
