POSITION TITLE: Sales and Marketing Associate

LOCATION : Legazpi City, Albay

JOB TYPE : Full Time

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales and Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving business growth by managing digital platforms , developing and executing strategies to promote logistics services, identify potential clients, and build long-lasting customer relationships . The ideal candidate should possess a blend of sales expertise and marketing know-how, specifically tailored to the logistics and supply chain industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

(A) EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

(B) EXPERIENCES: 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

(C) COMPETENCY:

(1) Extensive sales and marketing performance

(2) Excellent customer service and communication skills with high proficiency in the English language

(3) Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software

(4) Understanding of various marketing processes.

(5) Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, web analytics, and Google AdWords

(6) Proficient in using basic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing full-proof marketing and sales strategies.
  • Document and perform cold calls and create basic account data
  • Creating and monitoring various marketing campaigns.
  • Creating brand awareness using social media platforms
  • Identify the target audience, design and execute email campaigns, ensure the content is clear and error-free, optimize email templates, analyze campaign metrics, and provide insights for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Working in collaboration with the Admin department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php20,000.00 per month
