Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze retail data related to sales performance, inventory, pricing, promotions, and customer behavior
  • Develop, maintain, and automate BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management and business units
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven insights and analytical solutions
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking initiatives
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT, merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure data governance, data quality, and reporting standards are followed
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior management
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in retail or FMCG
  • At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence/analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
