About this role. . .

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a crucial strategic role designed to enhance our system independence and strengthen our commercial decision-making capabilities. The successful candidate will act as the primary NetSuite Super user while delivering high-impact analysis across margins, cash flow, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Ownership & Support: Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for all NetSuite modules, providing first-line support to users and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data within NetSuite across all subsidiaries and segments.
• Report Development: Design, build, and maintain complex financial reports, searches, and dashboards within NetSuite to improve efficiency and provide real-time commercial insights.
• Margin & Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of product margins, identifying key drivers of profitability and providing strategic recommendations to the commercial team on pricing strategy.
• Budgeting & Planning (B&P): Assist with the annual financial budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles, collaborating with departmental heads to build accurate and detailed financial models for the business.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to optimize working capital management and support Treasury decisions.
• Variance Reporting: Produce in-depth monthly variance analysis, comparing actual results against budget and forecast.

About you . . .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Super User or Administrator is mandatory, including advanced knowledge of financial report builder, saved searches, and customization options.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel functions.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.
