We're looking for an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to join the team. Your role will be varied, requiring you to act as the functional consultant on projects, managing client engagements on an exciting mix of implementation and optimisation projects. You will be responsible for supporting throughout the project, from scoping and personalisation to UAT support & training.

You will be the functional consultant on SuiteSuccess implementations & optimisation projects, responsible for:

  • Perform the initial system setup and unbundling.
  • End-to-end functional configuration of the system.
  • Support the principle consultant on personalisation sessions for all core process areas - R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B.
  • Support the client through user acceptance testing.
  • Perform list & transactional data migration uploads into a clients production account.
  • Perform walkthroughs of all core process areas R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B.
  • Cutover configuration from sandbox to production prior to go-live.
  • Deliver training sessions to our clients.
  • Support clients with any post-go-live queries once they start using the production account.
  • Keep all documentation up to date in the system and project management software.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in chosen verticals and areas of NetSuite functionality.
  • Manage change requests and alterations in scope.
  • Listen to the client's needs, understand their processes, and translate into a NetSuite solution.
  • Take the customer on the NetSuite journey and ensure change is embedded successfully.

General Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed and accurate timesheets to enable efficient billing.
  • Proactively seek development and guidance where needed.
  • Undertake continuous training to develop NetSuite knowledge and consulting skills.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to solve complex requirements.
  • Effectively utilising cloud-based project management tool.
  • Adopt and champion the project & non-project processes.

Essential skills

  • Experience of working in a NetSuite consultancy/implementation role.
  • Good knowledge of all core process areas R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B.
  • Exposure to accounting & finance processes.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter, confident, juggling multiple priorities and projects.
  • Work autonomously, providing updates where required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent data migration skills including list data, transactional data, & ad-hoc data migration updates.
  • Good understanding of SuiteSuccess processes & methodology.

Desirable skills

  • 4+ years experience as a NetSuite functional consultant.
  • Advanced module knowledge such as ARM, SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects, Multibook, Fixed Assets,
  • Knowledge of bank feed connections, payment file formats and EFT process, workflows, custom fields, approval processes.
  • Bachelors degree in information systems, IT, Computing or similar.
  • Project management or transformation certificates.
  • NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certified.
