Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling company products and services to prospective and existing customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively promote, present, and sell company products/services to walk-in clients and prospects
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations professionally
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and necessary sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal departments (admin, finance, service) to ensure smooth transaction processing
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support professionally
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Willingness to work on-site and flexible schedules, if required
