Job description:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Sales Representative is in charge of researching and developing your own network for the show that you willbe running. Contacting potential customers to invite them to our events and exhibitions and answer queriesabout our products and company. Knowledge of the product or service is essential for meeting customer needsand closing sales. Input and update customer data into the database. Handle grievances to protect thecompany's reputation. Go the "extra mile" to accomplish sales targets and facilitate subsequent purchases.Keep track of calls and sales, and make notes on any useful information. Work with our General Manager tocomplete as many sales as possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience as a Sales Representative or Sales/Customer Service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Mail.
  • Ability to learn about products and services, and describe/explain them to prospects Knowledgeable in the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to create her own statement of account
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • College Graduate (preferably with a degree in Tourism or related courses)
  • With experience with Account Management (preferred)
  • With experience with Sales (preferred)
  • Proficient in both English oral and written communications
  • Able to commute or relocate to Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work on weekends if there are events
  • Must be willing to work overtime
  • Willing to work at 22 Speaker, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per day
