JOB SPECIFIC:

Role:

The Digital Community officer is the lead generation arm of the digital marketing team. He/she is entrusted to provide the soonest revert to online inquiries, be it via email, direct message, viber, phone call et. al. to keep the prospect engaged ensuring the entire process of probing to ensure that the prospect will be served with the product or services that they need while ensuring that the lead is properly forwarded to the correct sales team/personnel to manage the digital assets of the company through timely revert on legitimate public comments and through an amicable response against rude online comments. He/She is tasked to uphold the integrity of all brand postings, ensuring that all public posts have observed digital marketing standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides a timely revert to all online and offline inquiries.
  • Evaluates the prospect via standard probing questions and enters the lead into the net suite system.
  • Assigns the lead to the correct sales team/sales personnel.
  • Create and submit regular reports as required.
  • Manage the social media, public relation efforts, and content markets.
  • Initiates follow ups to the sales on lead status.
  • Communicate and cooperate with team members to come up with great marketing ideas for content.
  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity due to day-to-day experience as well as through competitor checks to inspire ideas and content.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Supervisor in monitoring and analyzing the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Monitor on a monthly basis the growth of our fan base and following.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

  • Proficient in both written and oral communication.
  • Highly organized in administrative tasks.
  • Knowledgeable with digital marketing tool and channels.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
  • Able to handle irate clients.
  • Resourceful and Research oriented.
  • Analytical and able to solve pressing problems with less supervision.
