LIAISON OFFICER

TheLiaison Officer is responsible for coordinating and facilitating transactions with external agencies and government offices. This role ensures timely processing of company permits, licenses, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and follow up on government documents such as business permits, licenses, and clearances (e.g., BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs).
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for all submitted and received documents.
  • Serve as the company representative in dealings with government agencies, private institutions, and other partners.
  • Monitor document status and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports regarding the status of all pending transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for requirements and signatures.
  • Perform messenger duties and deliver documents when needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or college level; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with government offices and document processing in the Philippines.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and preferably with own motorcycle (if required for mobility).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work independently and handle pressure.
