We're Hiring: Sales Training Specialist | Based in Davao City

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Training Specialist who will help elevate the performance of our Financial Advisors (FAs) and Unit Managers through impactful learning experiences.

This role is based in Davao City but will support training initiatives across different regions in the Philippines.


What You'll Do:
  • Facilitate high-impact sales and product training programs for Financial Advisors and Unit Managers.
  • Onboard, coach, and upskill new and existing sales force members to increase productivity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and training teams to assess needs, develop content, and deliver learning interventions aligned with company goals.
  • Support nationwide training efforts, both in-person and virtual, ensuring consistent standards across regions.
  • Promote a learning culture within the sales organization by staying updated on best practices and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, or coaching (preferably in insurance, financial services, or sales).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A passion for teaching and developing people.
  • Must be open to travel for training assignments across the Philippines.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Davao City.
