Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Multimedia Arts, Real Estate Marketing, Photography, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in real estate, property marketing, or similar industries is highly desirable.

Proven expertise in image editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.

Familiarity with 3D virtual tour creation software and tools is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong comfort with Windows PC operation, including file management, navigating cloud-based platforms, and working with web technologies.

Knowledge of photography fundamentals, including perspective correction, cropping, color adjustments, and photo curation.

Proficiency in creating and managing 3D virtual tours with web-based tools.

Job Description:

-Doing Customer Service, email and chat support.

-Responsibilities Include:

-The agent will audit photos and 3D creation of agents, will work as QA of the team

-Reviewing and ensuring the quality of property photos through minor perspective corrections, cropping, and color editing.

-Curating images, selecting the best options from duplicates, and organizing them in a logical flow per company standards.

-Processing 3D panoramic images to create virtual tours, including basic color editing and layout creation.

-Handling specialty editing requests, such as Blue Sky and Twilight edits, using custom software for exterior shots.
