The Channel Support Specialist is responsible for the management, support and optimisation of programs and projects within the Vocus Channel. You will provide exceptional support to our channel partners ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will act as the point of contact for our channel partners, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and helping them maximise their potential with our products and services. 

The person will thrive in a fast-paced environment managing data, providing insightful analysis, and consistently looking to drive programmatic improvements.

The successful candidate will display a cultural fit with the wider team, especially in displaying a growth-mindset and eagerness to provide great service to internal stakeholders and our channel partners. 

Requirements

•Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

•Proficiency in managing large datasets and providing insightful analysis.

•Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel for reporting.

•Knowledge of CRM platforms to manage channel partner relationships and track performance.

•Understanding of the company's products and services to help channel partners maximize their potential.
