This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. He/She ensures the effective use of financial resources, guides decision-making with data-driven insights, and develops strategies to achieve the company's financial report compliance.Salary:Php 70,000Basic Qualifications:> Academic Background:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.> Work Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting in a managerial role> Certifications:Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferredCertified Tax Technician (CTT) is a plusBig 4 Experience (PwC, Deloitte, SGV, P&A), ideally 2–3 years, will be an asset> Skills and Knowledge:Proficiency in different accounting systems such as Odoo, SAP, and QuickBooks;Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS) and practices, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments; andAbility to manage tasks, adapt to a fast-paced culture, and experience in sharing best practices effectively.Duties and Responsibilities:Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers.Process accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.Preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.Analyze financial data for discrepancies and provide actionable insights.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including taxes.Assist with audits and prepare the necessary documentation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.Provide support during the month-end and year-end closing processes.Monitor expenditures and report variances.Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable scope of work and key processors.Quality assurance and four-eye checks of accounts receivable and accounts payable workings.EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION DISCLAIMER:I certify that all information provided in this application and any accompanying documents is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
