We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, embraces a start-up mindset, and brings a deep understanding of Agile methodologies to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-impact outcomes.

Job Description:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. acilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) an ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and roadblocks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, legal, and other busines units to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a start-up or high- growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs
  • Experience with project management tools
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
