Hiring Criteria Overview

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria for consideration:

  1. Tenure Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of service with each company. Additionally, candidates with more than two companies in the last five years will not be considered.

  2. Current Position: Applicants must currently hold a position that is at least at the same level as the role they are applying for.

  3. Experience with Support Channels: Candidates must possess experience across all primary support channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  4. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any four-year course is required.

  5. Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of work experience in roles directly related to the position is essential. Experience in the multinational BPO or call center industry is preferred. Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis in performance or operational management is also beneficial.

  6. Additional Qualifications:

  7. Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.

  8. Experience in conducting or delivering business reviews is desirable.

  9. Candidates should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  10. A professional demeanor is essential, along with flexibility and the ability to foster conflict resolution.

  11. Emotional fortitude and the capability to work autonomously are required.
