We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale IT programs, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing global programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from business case development, governance, and planning through execution, transition, and benefits realization.
  • Successfully deliver global IT carve-out and transformation programs while ensuring uninterrupted business operations.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including project managers, solution architects, business analysts, and external vendors across multiple geographies.
  • Direct program financials, including multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, risk management, and performance tracking.
  • Drive effective stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with business goals and program objectives.
  • Ensure program outcomes deliver measurable value, including operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in IT systems, software development, or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, global IT programs involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools and technologies, such as MS Project, JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience handling multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced degree or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus; a Master's degree is preferred.
