Responsibilities

  • The Program Coordinator ensures the alignment and successful implementation of all formation programs and activities organized by the Pacific Asia Regional Conference (PARC) Strategy Teams.
  • Coordinates with the PARC Strategy Teams in planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities and programs.
  • Oversees the implementation of program curriculum and logistical requirements.
  • Facilitates and monitors participant registration, payments, attendance, compliance and with program curriculum and logistical requirements.
  • Manage program resources, including personnel, finances, materials, and venues, to support program activities.
  • Monitor utilization of program budget and prepare financial reports based on approved budgets
  • Maintains records, prepares reports, and manages communications related to the program
  • Manages the schedule and prepares the agenda/program for the annual Conference Meeting and regular meetings of the ExecCom and Conference of Visitors
