The Program Operations Officer plays a key role in the day-to-day execution and operational support of the Go Rewards loyalty program. This role ensures that all processes—from partner onboarding and data management to campaign implementation and system coordination—run smoothly and efficiently. The Officer will work closely with the Program Operations Head, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver a seamless loyalty program experience for customers and business partners alike.

Responsibilities – How will you do this?

  • Support Partner Onboarding:
    Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding of new partners onto the Go Rewards platform, ensuring all operational, documentation, and system requirements are met.
  • Program Administration:
    Maintain and update master data such as partner directories, store setup details, and card management information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Operational Monitoring:
    Track and report on program performance, partner activity, and transaction data through dashboards and reports.
  • Process Coordination:
    Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, Finance, and Storeline Support) to resolve issues related to system integrations, transactions, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Documentation Management:
    Assist in maintaining and updating business rules, terms and conditions, privacy policies, and process documents related to the loyalty program.
  • Partner Support:
    Provide first-line operational support to partners and internal teams regarding program guidelines, procedures, and data inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process efficiency, data accuracy, and system enhancement in coordination with the Program Operations Head.

To be successful, you'll need

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in program operations, partner management, or loyalty/rewards management.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with data dashboards, reporting tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Strategic mindset, ability to define a long-term vision, break it down into actionable plans, and execute successfully.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze partnership performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Customer-Centric approach, has a deep understanding of customer behavior and loyalty engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and with senior executives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies is a plus.
  • A demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operationalizing partnership strategies.
