Workday
System Analyst
to join their team.

This role will be focused on supporting and enhancing Workday Finance modules, ensuring system stability, and driving process improvements. The analyst will collaborate with Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure effective system configuration, business process design, and smooth adoption of enhancements.

This role requires on-site work in our office (BGC, Taguig City) during the first three months, then shifts to a hybrid setup (once a week, every Thursday). Working hours will be from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Finance modules to support business processes and enhancements.
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Support SIT/UAT testing, ensuring system changes are validated and documented properly.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Workday integrations with other systems such as payroll, procurement, banking, or BI tools.
  • Assist in impact assessments and adoption of new features during Workday biannual releases.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for Finance decision-making.
  • Document business processes, system configurations, and enhancements for knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, external vendors, and consultants to deliver system improvements.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday system, especially Workday Finance modules (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Adaptive Planning).
  • Hands-on Workday configuration & enhancements experience.
  • Familiarity with testing cycles, change management, and release features.
  • Exposure to Workday reporting tools (Report Writer / Prism Analytics).
  • Strong communication skills to work with both Finance & IT teams.
  • Bonus: Workday certification or ERP Finance background.
