Role Summary:

Seeking an impactful System Analyst to join our dynamic Workday ERP team within a large-scale conglomerate; a prestigious global leader in integrated premium resorts. As a key member of our technology team, you will lead the analysis, design, configuration, and support of Workday modules tailored to our business needs. Your work will ensure seamless workflows, enhance system performance, and support compliance, enabling us to achieve strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Workday modules across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.​
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into technical configurations and process improvements.​
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions, including custom reports, integrations, and upgrades.​
  • Provide ongoing technical support and subject matter expertise to end-users, ensuring efficient system operation.​
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and consultants to ensure stability, scalability, and compliance.​
  • Support internal controls, audits, and business continuity planning related to Workday systems.​

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.​
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or Procurement modules.​
  • Experience with cross-system integrations, enterprise data mapping, and data migration.​
  • Familiarity with testing processes (SIT, UAT), change management, and system upgrades.​
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.​
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.​
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment with flexibility for extended hours during go-lives.​
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards is a plus.
