About the role

Join the dynamic team as a Senior Business Assistant (Chinese/Mandarin). This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this strategic role, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other daily tasks
  2. Serving as a bilingual liaison, leveraging your fluency in Chinese/Mandarin and English to facilitate seamless communication with international stakeholders
  3. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
  4. Assisting with project management, data analysis, and report preparation
  5. Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient office procedures and systems
  6. Collaborating cross-functionally to support the company's strategic objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior administrative or executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, global corporate environment
  2. Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
  3. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  5. Familiar with computer software and experience with office management software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approach, proactive, independent problem-solving skills, quick-witted and with a positive image and demeanor.
  7. Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
