About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to drive market expansion, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships for eTap Inc. This role is pivotal in positioning our brand at the forefront of the FinTech industry through innovative strategies, strategic alliances, and deep market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Growth
- Design and execute business development strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities across the FinTech landscape, including emerging trends and innovations.
- Develop go-to-market and entry strategies for new markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Continuously analyze market performance and adjust strategies based on data, trends, and competitive activity.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Building
- Forge and nurture partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, and industry leaders.
- Negotiate and manage high-value agreements to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Strengthen eTap Inc.'s brand presence by building strong networks within the FinTech ecosystem.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Revenue & Sales Growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies that capture new revenue streams.
- Drive adoption of FinTech solutions through tailored client engagement and value-driven proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities and transform them into sustainable growth.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team, cultivating a culture of innovation and performance.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional growth within the team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development to ensure execution of growth strategies.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular performance reports and business insights to senior management.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies, identify opportunities, and improve processes.
- Participate in high-level strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/managerial role in FinTech or Financial Services.
- Proven success in market entry, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of FinTech trends, regulations, and innovations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and business development tools.
