We are seeking a Community Growth Manager to lead the expansion and engagement of our global community. This role requires creativity, strategy, and data-driven execution to build a thriving environment that supports meaningful conversations and long-term member loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
· Community Growth & Engagement – Develop and execute strategies to increase membership, activate new sign-ups, and sustain active participation across the community and related groups on Telegram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
· Content Planning & Execution – Create and oversee discussion prompts, polls, challenges, AMAs, and interactive campaigns. Manage and, when appropriate, initiate natural, authentic conversations.
· Event and Program Management – Plan and host online events such as trading roundtables, live sessions, webinars, and regional meetups. Coordinate with Ambassadors and Country Managers to localize and amplify activities.
· Analytics & Iteration – Track key metrics such as daily active members, retention, and engagement rates. Prepare reports and use data insights to refine strategies and demonstrate measurable growth.
· Community Health & Moderation – Maintain a positive, inclusive environment by moderating discussions, addressing member concerns, and enforcing community guidelines.
· Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with content writers, SEO editors, and marketing to align community activities with broader campaigns and ensure consistent brand voice.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
· At least 3 years of proven experience in community management, growth, or engagement roles within fintech, trading, crypto, SaaS, or gaming communities.
· Strong understanding of community platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to craft content that inspires conversation and aligns with brand tone.
· Solid background in planning and executing online events and engagement programs.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to adjust tactics to meet defined KPIs.
· Creative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-moving, international environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
